Description
This course covers the typical risks and challenges that test teams face in projects. We will talk about conducting testing activities within the context of these risks and challenges while also providing participants with valuable recommendations on how to minimize risk.

Objectives
After completing the course participants will be able to:
- characterize typical test risks;
- prevent and minimize the impact of risks in testing.

The course deals with the risks and challenges that appear during the following activities:
- Project preparation;
- Test strategy development;
- Requirements analysis and design;
- Decision making and automated tool process selection;
- Test environment preparation;
- Test execution and analysis;
- Acceptance testing and project closure.
During the course participants will take part in practical exercises that address typical cases of test risks from real projects. Participants are also encouraged to share the challenges they faced in order to develop effective solutions that they can apply back at work.
