Luxoft Training disrupting organizations

If the title made you a bit scared we mean that in a good way. Last week Luxoft Training took part in Business Summit for HR, one of the most important events in Bucharest dedicated to HR professionals, both specialists and managers. Throughout the day participants explored the benefits of mentoring programs for leadership development, how the HR function is transforming and had meaningful conversations on how to foster the next generation of business and HR leaders.

We always look forward in taking part in this type of events because they are a great opportunity for us to interact with key business people and discover what is shaking up the HR world. And technology has become and has started to be acknowledged as one of key disrupters of business.

It used to be that only IT departments or a couple of specialists were needed to handle a large part of a company’s technological needs. But now that tech has found its way into every department and industry it has become critical to have a tech savvy workforce that can work with the latest technologies to solve business problems.

During this event we had a great time and heard some very interesting discussions on the future of HR and how it can harness the power of technology to create a more engaged and productive workforce. And we are glad that through this type of events we can show potential customers that we are able to help them bridge this gap and take advantage of the awesome potential of technology.
