Description

A comprehensive overview of Automotive SPICE®, which is considered the process assessment model of the automotive industry. Via a series of empirical use cases, participants will learn why this industry standard is suited to projects aimed at improving processes. We will cover how to evaluate projects and how process assessments are conducted and prepared for:

 

  • Principles, structure, and scope of the Automotive SPICE® process assessment model;
  • Understanding of ASPICE key concepts;
  • The fundamental structure of interpretation guidelines for assessments keeping within VDA Guidelines;
  • Interpreting capability levels 1 and 2;
  • Overview of CL base practices and CL2 generic practices for all VDA scope process areas.
After completing the course, a certificate is issued on the Luxoft Training form

Objectives

  • Understanding of the current version of process assessment model PAM3.1;
  • Familiarization with ASPICE key concepts;
  • Overview of CL1 BPs;
  • Overview of CL2 GPs.
