This course is designed to provide non-finance managers with a thorough understanding of fundamental financial concepts, enabling them to make informed decisions and contribute effectively to their organization's financial success. Participants will gain practical insights into financial terminology, statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and performance monitoring.
