This Agile Product Ownership certification course provides a deep dive into the principles and best practices of product ownership in an agile environment. Participants will learn how to balance stakeholder needs, make data-driven decisions, and facilitate collaboration between development teams and customers.
This training consists of four key lessons that guide participants through the core aspects of Agile Product Ownership:
Value-Based Product Ownership. Learn how to define value, align product ownership levels, and apply agile thinking skills like system thinking and critical thinking.
Value Discovery Process. Gain hands-on experience with stakeholder engagement, customer journey mapping, problem definition, and hypothesis validation.
Effective Business Decisions. Develop strategic product roadmaps, apply prioritization techniques like WSJF and MoSCoW, and manage risks effectively.
Continuing Value Delivery. Improve backlog refinement, iteration planning, communication effectiveness, and retrospective facilitation.

This is a certified ICP-APO course from ICAgile, part of the Product Ownership track. Participants who successfully complete the training and meet the assessment criteria will receive the internationally recognized ICP-APO certification*.
