Opis

How effective are you at leading global teams? Are your team members genuinely following you, or are they just pretending? Are your decisions being debated, rejected, or ignored? Do they ask for your support, or do they seek it elsewhere? If you are facing these challenges, this course is perfect for you! It will help you understand the diverse world and your subordinates' expectations, as well as provide strategies for bridging the gaps.

This course aims to provide a fundamental understanding of the mechanisms behind intercultural collaboration. • Culture Knowledge – Learn about cultural particularities, including dos and don'ts
  • Cultural Dimensions – Gain insights into cultural characteristics based on scientific research relevant to essential business skills such as planning, communicating, evaluating, and decision-making.

  • Adapt their communication style to match cultural expectations
