Opis
Project management is an organized set of people, processes, and procedures working together to provide on-time, on-budget delivery of stated objectives with high-quality and satisfied sponsors. It achieves this while still taking into consideration that any successful team effort relies on treating people with respect.
This training introduces you to the project manager’s perspective on the Microsoft Project. This set of software tools supports the management of all projects across an organization or enterprise project management. The training includes exposure to managing a project, which includes creating a Work Breakdown Structure, estimating task schedules and effort, assigning resources to tasks, monitoring the budget & work using earned value management, etc.
Participants are expected to demonstrate the correct application of the basic features of MS Project and complete tasks independently.
