Alexander is a General Manager with years of experience in managing large teams of up to 150+ IT professionals. He has a strong Project Management background, 12 years of experience in managing Software Development projects and 10+ years of People management experience. During the last fifteen years Alexander has worked in the outsourcing industry in different roles (Developer, Project/Program Manager, Program Director, CTO, Delivery Director). Alexander joined the DBDC account of Luxoft in 2012 as Program Manager and he is now a Program Director, responsible for three DBDC programs.
