Maxim has been working in IT field since 1991. He began his career as freelance programmer either developing custom software or creating and implementing shareware. Gradually, dealing with more complex tasks he understood the importance of software development technology and methodological process support. Having tried various practices including RUP, XP, and ICONIX, he gained the experience in design and process conduction, familiarized with principles of requirements capture and environment control.
During his career he managed small teams, as well as IT department that provided support to education institutions. In 2005 his department received the ISO 9000 Management Quality System certificate.
Maxim considers creation of “Pompur” information system one of his most important achievements in software development. The system has supported study process (schedule maintenance, planning, record keeping, etc.) of several Russian education institutions since 1999 till the present moment.
Maxim has taken part in more than 20 successful projects.
