Mikhail has worked his way up from junior developer to senior program manager and has been active in the IT field since 2000. Starting with 2006 he has had the role of delivery manager. Mikhail has been working for Luxoft since 2007 and has been part of projects using various technologies such as C++, .Net or Java.

In these projects, Michael lined up and optimized workflows, actively implemented agile software development methodologies (Scrum) and managed distributed teams using management tools such as MS Project, Office, JIRA, TFS, VersionOne or MindMap.
