A Master Limited Partnership (MLP) is a publicly traded limited partnership. MLPs generally operate in natural
resource, financial services, and real estate industries. The most distinguishing characteristic of MLPs is that they
combine the tax advantages of a partnership with liquidity of a publicly traded stock.
This course also reveals other features of MLPs which are useful for understanding the principals of hedge fund
activities.The course covers key elements of Master Limited Partnerships.
