This training has the objective of developing a strong customer oriented attitude in Luxoft by developing the critical
skills for employees in contact to both internal and external customers.
It provides the necessary tools and techniques to show a constructive attitude to all employees by communicating
better, solving problems together and supporting each other. Clients are the center of any performance driven company. To have a client oriented company means to build a
constructive culture that provides to both employees and external customers the wright environment to grow and
