Burnout is characterized as the individual’s inability to overcome professional stress. It means a decreased ability of

emotional reactions, lower interest in one's work—down to negative attitude, feeling of emotional and physical

exhaustion. Burnout is not a one-time phenomenon but a process which tends to evolve gradually.

Overcoming the burnout syndrome is not an easy process. Like in many other situations, the best way to avoid

burnout is never to get into it. This course is focused on exploring the reasons of burnout and acquiring practical skills

that can help you avoid burnout or substantially reduce the dangers and growth rate of this process.
