Description

The accelerating pace of life, daily requirements and instability – all these factors make stress almost unavoidable. Yet stress is not always a bad thing. Stress as such is a normal reaction to external actions. Stress can have a positive mobilizing effect, but can also can be destructive. Stress decreases your ability to work and can lead to loss of motivation. Within an organization, a high level of “negative” stress inevitably results in conflicts inside the team, lower efficiency of business processes and quality of work.

In the course of this training, we will analyze possible causes of negative stress, look at behavior strategies in stressful situations and practice effective methods of coping with stress. You will also work out your own life rules that will help you protect yourself from stress in future.
