The accelerating pace of life, environmental requirements, level of aggression, and instability – all make stress almost unavoidable. Yet stress is not always a bad thing. Stress, as such, is a normal reaction to external actions. Stress can have a positive mobilizing effect but also can be destructive. Stress decreases working capabilities and can lead to loss of motivation. Within an organization, a high level of “negative” stress inevitably results in conflicts inside the team, lower efficiency of business processes, and quality of work.
In the course of training, we will analyze possible causes of negative stress, determine your strategies of behavior in stressful situations, practice effective methods of coping with stress, and work out your own life rules that will help you protect yourself from stress in the future.
