This 8-hour course on Change Management in Project Management provides a comprehensive understanding of the importance of change management in IT and how to effectively manage changes in a project. The course covers the process plan, set up of the change request from the customer side, and requirements. It also focuses on leading through change, the importance of change management, best practices for a change management plan, and change management processes. Additionally, the course addresses the impact of change requests on project scope and how to prevent scope creep.
