Description

Flow Manager training introduces the first step in scaling agility by teaching how to manage end-to-end flow from Customer request to delivery. A Flow manager knows how to identify Customer-valued requests, how to instrument for, track, and report the progress of Customer-valued work, understand and use metrics for improving flow, why the time to delivery matters, and how to keep things flowing.

This class is the first step for an Agile career professional to progress toward an enterprise-scale role. For the organization, introducing flow managers and a focus on flow is the first step to successful enterprise-scale agility. This course also introduces foundational flow metrics, such as time-to-delivery, that are critical to aligning team efforts with customer needs. Designed to fill a gap often seen in team-level agility, Flow Manager training empowers Agile professionals to manage delivery beyond a single team and make a meaningful impact on overall business performance.
