Description

During the cource you will learn how to design a Kanban system and initiate evolutionary changes. You will also grasp the basic concepts of flow, pull, and collaborative improvements - to become faster and more responsive through better risk management and governance. As well, you will gain practical insights on how to understand your systems of work, so that you can implement or improve Kanban within your organization.

 

 Course topics:

  • Understand the basics, motivation, and benefits of the Kanban method
  • Experience flow in a simulation of Kanban system
  • Learn how to run Kanban meetings to focus on the work (and allow the team to organize around it)
  • Build and design a Kanban system using the STATIK approach
  • Become faster and more responsive with better risk management and governance
  • Understand “Pull” systems and how they help reduce overburdening
  • Learn how to utilize key metrics such as Lead Time, Run Charts, and
  • Cumulative Flow Diagrams to make continuous improvements
After completing the course, a certificate is issued on the Luxoft Training form
