  • Constructive feedback methods: Introducing the BIFF technique for providing corrective and positive feedback, along with practical applications through role-play.
  • Behavioral insights with DISC: Exploring different behavioral styles and their impact on communication, using interactive activities to enhance self-awareness.

 

Upon completing the course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify communication challenges: Recognize common barriers and define effective communication strategies to address them.
