Description

Becoming a manager for the first time brings a new set of responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities. Your role shifts from focusing on individual contributions to leading, motivating, and supporting a team. 4. Managing Meetings & 1:1s: Learn how to conduct productive meetings, including 1:1 conversations, to build stronger relationships and track performance.

5. Motivating Teams: Explore strategies to motivate and inspire your team using praise, recognition, and understanding individual motivators.

6. Team Dynamics & Leadership Styles: Discover how to lead teams effectively by adapting your leadership style based on team maturity and individual needs.
